Mike James  //  Born and raised in Nairobi, Kenya and then on to Arizona for High School and University where he studied English and History whilst playing Collegiate tennis, Mike moved to the UK in 1992 and has worked in the tennis coaching industry since. He has been involved at every level of the game, from grass roots and club development to working with world ranked junior and senior players. As well as this, he is a lead tutor on the LTA Senior Performance Coach Course, is a certified HeartMath Sports Professional, and is currently director of Tennis at Halton Tennis Centre and the Everyball International Academy, an LTA High Performance Centre.

His desire to 'educate, motivate and inspire' drives him forward on a daily basis to further explore how to improve performance both on and off the court, and he hopes his thoughts here lead you to join him in this.
